One of those persons would be my Aunt Mae, my mom's sister.. She has a spare room, but does not have the big screen tv, but she is a good cook and at 82 she can still drive... She has been a life saver..<br /><br />I also have a cousin, my mother's brothers daughter who takes me in from time to to time too.. and one of my brothers.. Thanks god us single people have someone to turn to..I also have friends who take me in from time to time.<br /><br />My mother was in a nursing home for a year and half and I always needed somewhere to stay overnight sometimes when I went to visit her. I live out of town. Now she is gone, but all of these people still let me bunk in with them, when I need to go into the city.. <br /><br />PS: I live in a basement apartment and it very much like what your sister has, except my bathroon is not off the bedroom and I have a seperate living room, dining area and kitchen..
